We have leveraged our project management ability, in particular with regards to planning, to apply it to strategic planning, managing change, communication planning and training.
Rather than taking a purely technical approach to project management, we integrate our expertise in communications, change management and planning to ensure broad project success, not just narrow technical success. Communication is still the number one reason for project failure, as identified by the Project Management Institute (PMI), and it is this non-technical expertise that we combine to our technical project management ability that achieves superior outcomes.
In our planning, which works in either a PMBOK or Prince2 environment, we use Objective Driven Logic (working backwards) to develop plans that maximise dependencies to develop the shortest, yet most accurate, path through a project.
